In this experiential workshop, we will explore how Mindfulness can be used to improve communication skills and effectively navigate interpersonal conflict. Participants will learn about typical communication styles and ways to communicate more mindfully, including the 6 Agreements for Mindful Communication.
This custom-designed workshop is specifically created to reduce workplace stress and burnout by offering research-based Mindfulness practices to integrate throughout the workday. Participants will learn the foundations of Mindfulness and practical tips and exercises that can be directly implemented into daily life in order to cultivate resilience and create sustainable rituals for self-care.
Learn the definition of Mindfulness and how to cultivate present moment awareness, approach life in a more balanced, non-judgmental way, and live with greater ease. Understand the impact of stress on our bodies, including the physiological “fight or flight” response of our nervous system. Explore strategies for Communicating Mindfully and informal practices to integrate Mindfulness into daily living.
